A Message from Mayor Andrew H. Scott:

“In an effort to better serve Coal Run, the City Commission and I are pleased to announce our partnership with Pike County technology and software leader Bit Source to develop a custom IOS and Android maintenance app for those who live, visit, or work in our community.

This maintenance app will allow for any non-emergency maintenance issues such as potholes, downed trees, blocked drains, and much more to be reported directly to me and our maintenance department at City Hall, seven days a week, any time of day, with a guaranteed response time of within one day or less, if not sooner!

This new app is called Coal Run Connect because its intent is to give you the option to more conveniently connect with City Hall from the convenience of your smartphone 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Because, after all, potholes and downed trees don’t only appear during business hours.”
